HANOI TRADE DEPARTMENT TO OPEN SAN DIEGO OFFICE

SAN DIEGO 08/13/04 - The Hanoi Trade Department has said it will open an official trade promotion, investment, and tourism (TIPS) office in San Diego.

The office will be operated under the terms of a Memorandum of Understanding between the Vietnamese government agency and WorldTradeShow.com Inc. (WTSW), a Nevada corporation specializing in producing and marketing online tradeshows for the travel, tourism, import-export, and meeting-convention industries.

This exclusive agreement permits HI-TEK Inc. - the Vietnam government's official authorized global marketing agent - and WorldTradeShow.com to develop programs and advertising strategies for upwards of 3,000-plus Vietnamese companies.

The Hanoi Trade Department will act as a bridge between the Hanoi TIPS in San Diego and Vietnamese businesses, providing US market information and product samples to showcase on the Hanoi TIPS website and its virtual showroom on WorldTradeShow.com's website - www.WorldTradeShow.com

The new office will also help advertise Vietnam's trademarks in the US market and businesses with market information and development assistance.

No date was given for the official opening of the new office.
